Rome Is Out Of Service, But It Is So Beautiful

Roma è fuori servizio, ma è così bella. That about sums up, in far fewer words than is fair, but at an abstract level, my simplified, American-conversation-friendly impression of Rome: I have not seen a more dysfunctional western city in recent memory (Rome makes New York look like a bastion of what a functioning city looks like), but... but I have not seen a city so incredibly beautiful.
